JGC Executive Services (Established in 2000) is a London based Headhunting, Career Coaching and Personal Marketing firm, owned and managed by Jim Carroll who has been a headhunter for twenty years, following an earlier career in Management & IT Consultancy.

Customer - To many people, every recruiter is an "Agency", a generic term much despised by niche headhunters, and no more accurate than describing all professional services firms as "body shopping outfits". Headhunters like myself, find the best person to fill a specific vacancy for their client, working on specific assignments; they find people for jobs, not jobs for people. The headhunter's task is to find the best people from the whole marketplace, and often the best are the most successful in their organisations, happy in their jobs, well rewarded, and with little interest in scanning job sites and adverts. Our headhunting is performed totally behind the scenes, and confidentiality is assured.
